SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We offer FREE shipping for all products. We DO NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii. For more details, please read below and contact us, if you still have questions.

We also offer White Glove Services, please scroll down for more details.

White Glove Services, once booked & paid for, can not be cancelled.

 

ALATERRE / BOLTON

Any shipping issues would need to be filed with the UPS.

 

ALPINE FURNITURE

At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous US States.

Small Parcel

Standard shipping will be either UPS or FedEx Ground.

In-stock items will ship out within 2 days and should arrive between 3-10 business days.

Large Parcel

Delivery to the first dry place, such as a garage or entryway, will be the standard shipment method known as Threshold delivery.

Delivery to the room of your choice is possible for an extra fee. Delivery will be made to a selected room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs.

There is also a white glove delivery option. This will consist of packing removal and a room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs).

In-stock items will be shipped out in two days and should arrive in two to four weeks, roughly.

 

BENZARA

The orders are processed, once the payment is received and shipped within 3 -5 Business days. We drop ship packages via standard Fed Ex Ground Service. Large Shipments on pallets are shipped as LTL Freight. We also ship small packages to PO box, HI, VI, PR and other APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service.

 

ARASON

For any shipping issues, the freight company will be responsible to process and handle the claim for all damages incurred.

 

DEPOT E-SHOP and FM FURNITURE

Ground shipping may take from 2 to 14 days depending on customer’s location, season of the year and weather factors, once your order is fulfilled, we will send you a confirmation with a tracking number.

 

DIAMOND SOFA

Please be advised of the following guidelines on receiving freight shipments.

Step 1

Upon initial receipt of freight – all packaging must be inspected for visual damage. (This includes removing items that may be shrink wrapped to a pallet so that all sides of boxes can be viewed)

If no damage appears, then proceed to step 2

If box damage appears, please sign the delivery receipt noting that there is damage, then please proceed to making a claim within 24 hours.

Step 2

Check for concealed damage by opening the packaging to look for damage that could have occurred inside the packaging but left the packaging intact. (this must be completed within 24 hours of signing the bill of lading)

If no damage appears, the process is complete.

If damage is detected, you must call your carrier to alert that there has been a concealed damage, then proceed to making a claim within 24 hours (Concealed damage is the largest area of contention with freight carriers and represents the single largest area of loss for dealers and manufacturers. Despite the difficulty in completing this inspection within 24 hours, this step is vital to keeping costs down for everyone)

Making a Claim

If any scenario listed above triggers the claims process, please contact your freight carrier's customer service department within the time limits shown above. When contacting customer service with a claim, please provide the following:

  1. Order number or invoice number from Diamond Sofa
  2. Photo of damage of packaging (please retain packaging until claim is complete)
  3. Photos of damage to product (photo of entire piece for identification and then more detailed photos of specific damage)

Areas where freight claim is not applicable (not limited)

  • Manufacture Defect Defects on the furniture from factory
  • Defects on fabric /color change
  • Natural discoloration
  • Missing Hardware

Handling Defects

  • Impact from outside Impact form dropping
  • Cuts from opening packaging
  • Applied wrong application during assembling

 

DISCOVERY WORLD FURNITURE

We ship most orders within 48 hours of receipt with the exceptions of weekends, holidays, or peak season where 3-5 days will be the maximum.

 

DONCO

Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping.

If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process and submit the order for shipment.

 

FURNITURE OF AMERICA

We ship small items within 24-48 hours while for LTL it may take 5-7 business days.

 

GRAHAM FIELD

  • The Buyer must inspect all products when they arrive. Inspection includes counting product to confirm quantities, noting any shortages and damages (including concealed damage) on the bills of lading or other receiving documents, taking pictures of damage and notifying GF of any shortages or damages within two (2) business days of delivery.
  • All freight claims must be made by the Buyer to the carrier. If requested, GF will assist in filing of the freight claims. Buyer’s failure to follow the carrier’s and any applicable international, federal or state rules and regulations may result in the denial of a claim.
  • Although GF shall make every effort to meet delivery dates; delivery dates are approximate, and GF shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by Buyer in the event products are not delivered to Buyer on a scheduled delivery date.
  • Freight charges provided by GF on quotes are estimates. Shipping hazardous material, re-directing shipments, changing shipment methods, inside delivery, lift gate, re-delivery and other special circumstances may subject the Buyer to additional charges. Actual amounts due for freight are indicated on invoices.
  • All returns must be sent to the specific location indicated by GF, in the same quantity as that sent in the original unopened box, properly packaged, and prepaid (F.O.B. GF indicated warehouse).

 

HOMEROOTS

We have multiple Distribution Centers throughout the United States

Some products might ship the same day or the following day. It typically takes 2–7 business days from the time your item is sent for a parcel to arrive. For LTL orders, delivery may take up to 21 days on average. These lead times are subject to change as carriers deal with personnel and delivery issues as a result of Covid-19. Please be aware that although we will make every effort to dispatch your products as soon as possible and to offer tracking information, once the packages leave our facilities, we rely on the carriers for delivery.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS typically deliver package orders without requesting a signature. However, LTL/White Glove Delivery does need a specific date and a delivery signature.

LETO MURO/(TGD) NORTH AMERICAN FURNITURE

Our products are designed for ease of installation and quick service. We strive to deliver your bed within 7-10 days of ordering.

Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancellation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees.

 

MONTANA WOODWORKS

Our product will usually ship within 7-10 business (special orders may take longer) days via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Email us directly @ info@everydaybeds.com and for more information. Our carriers provide curbside delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

We ship between 24 to 48 business hours after a purchase order is confirmed and paid for. Shipping costs vary. For LTL shipments if palletizing is required, a fee will be applied. $25 for standard pallet size or $35 for double pallet size.

 

ID USA

We aim to ship the items within two business days of receiving the order. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by 12 p.m. PST on the same day that you placed it.

Once the shipment has been released to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays in travel time. The customer's chosen carrier determines the specific transit timings.

 

MANHATTAN COMFORT

We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days.

 

MAXIMA HOUSE

Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped from our facilities within 2-5 business days after the order. The size and kind of order determine whether it is palletized or transported in a compact parcel. The product normally takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive at your door. We have distribution agreements with national carriers and take every measure to ensure on-time, dependable, and undamaged delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility. For most palletized deliveries, a shipping company representative will contact you during transportation to arrange delivery. Freight carriers occasionally provide their own extra services. Please inform us if anything odd concerning the status of your cargo appears.

 

MONARCH SPECIALTIES

Small parcel orders are shipped within 2 business days while for LTL orders, it could be 3-5 business day depending on when we receive the BOL from the freight company.

 

VIKING LOG FURNITURE

Upon receiving your order, a thorough inspection needs to be done to assure that there are no damages going undetected. If a carton is damaged or torn, inspect it further in detail. Check the products inside the box to see if they are damaged. If something is damaged, note it with the delivery driver before they leave. Secondly, notify Viking Log Furniture immediately. If nothing is noted, you are signing off on the shipment and saying that everything is in good condition. Therefore, no claim or replacements can be sent at no charge. Be sure to inspect every box. In general, damaged shipments are few and far between, but they do happen and we need to know how to handle them when they do happen.

Damaged pieces can be sent back with the delivery driver. New ones will be sent back to you once a claim has been filed.
